As a leader in the market of raw material and machines for the plastic industry, KUMARO is the first address for a plastic factory in Lebanon, KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), and Dubai (Arabian Gulf area).
Headed by Dipl . Ing. Samir .A. Andary, who studied industrial & mechanical engineering at the university of Stuttgart - Germany (Technische Hochschule Stuttgart), KUMARO grew up from one man entrepreneurship in 1972 to a 30 members, high efficient team in 1995. This team is formed mainly of engineers helped by very qualified business graduates, performing Big expansions in the own market and opening new ones.
One of the challenges that faced KUMARO was to supply spare parts and additives at low prices to help plastic industry reduce their maintenance cost. In 1976 KUMARO extended its activities to these two business fields. The name and the reputation of KUMARO are reference to Lebanon and has also reached many Arab countries.
With the beginning of the war in 1975, KUMARO decided to join its clients in Jordan, Syria and Saudi Arabia to save their clients the danger of visiting the company in Beirut.
The company has extended its activities to market industrial chemical products. This division serves generally the chemical industry and specifically the detergent and paints industries in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf area.
Among our clients we are very well known for the quality service that we offer. The after-sales service supported by the technical department offers tailor-made solutions for the problems of our clients.
The most important goal of the company was to develop into a "Super Market" for the plastic converter on the spot. With its range of products growing wider and wider, KUMARO did not miss any opportunity to achieve this goal. As a result, Kumaro Industrial Supply Trading was established in the year 1998.
For over 30 years, KUMARO supplied and commissioned 38 complete plants, 146 production units and sold over 500,000 MT of plastic materials in the Arab world.
